As many of our roles are cooking based and in order to get the most out of your season, you need to be confident in the kitchen and have a passion for food so that you can provide your guests with high quality cuisine. If applying for one of these roles, it is vital that you have previous experience working in a professional kitchen or that you have completed a cookery course.
