Ski Passes

The Arlberg lift pass covers a large area including St Anton, St Christoph, Stuben, Lech, Zurs and Warth-Schrocken. Families can take advantage of great rates with children aged 8 years and under skiing from only £15.

A refundable deposit of €5 is required for each lift pass and is included in the prices below - return your lift pass to the lift pass kiosks at the end of your holiday to claim back.

The 'Arlberg Safety Card' means local mountain rescue insurance can be added locally for approx €15 per person.

Lift pass photos are required for passes of +10 days, senior active passes (born 1944 or earlier), for Snowman passes (children born 2011 or later) and for passes that include the Arlberg Safety card insurance. Proof of age required for concessionary passes. High season rates for 2018/19 below:

We strongly recommend hiring directly through a resort based supplier and pre-booking to take advantage of the best offers.

To satisfy all needs and all budgets we have secured discounts for our guests at the following shops. In addition, families can benefit from free ski and boot hire for under 10s and half price for under 14s through our local suppliers.

Intersport - long standing local family business with excellent service and equipment. Ski-Val guests can save 10% by pre-booking online and take advantage of a chalet collection service to take you to their shop at the foot of the slopes and get kitted out (sorry but we are unable to drop guests at other rental shops).

An added advantage is their storage facility, €26 for the week or half price if you rent through them. So, make life easy and avoid the hassle of carrying your kit back and forth to the slopes.

Ski School 

This is an important part of your holiday, whether you are a first time skier or simply wanting to improve your skiing skills. 

The Ski School Arlberg is the largest ski school in Austria offering courses in skiing and snowboarding for children and adults and off piste guiding too. Group lessons for either adults or children from 4 years and are for 4 hours per day split between morning and afternoon, you can choose how many days you do. As a guide, 5 days of lessons for 4 hours per day is €271pp (2017/18 rates)

For children, lunch is available as an optional extra at €16 per day otherwise you must collect them at the end of their morning lesson and return for the start of the afternoon lesson. Lessons are also available for younger children, for more information, please look at our 'children in St Anton' page. 

We were delighted to welcome New Generation to St Anton last winter, a firm favourite of our guests in Val d'Isère and Tignes.

A small British run ski & snowboard school, more than happy to visit you in the comfort of your chalet to offer personal consultations and discuss your needs. They offer a full range of lessons for skiers & boarders from groups, to clinics, performance courses and private lessons. Adult/child group lessons from €270  for 5 days (3 hours per day).

Alternatively St Anton Classic is a mountain guide and touring company that are specialists in off piste guiding and tuition.

N.B. IT IS COMPULSORY FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14 ENROLLED IN SKI SCHOOL TO WEAR HELMETS. These can be rented from hire shops in resort but may be in short supply during peak dates.
