Ski-Val is an independent, family run business with over 30 years experience of catered, chalet ski holidays to the top resorts in the Alps. We are delighted to welcome back many of our guests year after year and we strive to offer an excellent level of professional and personal customer service from the first stages of booking through to the very last day of the holiday.

Our resort staff are very important to us; they represent the company and play an important part in ensuring our guest’s overall enjoyment of their holiday. We value and look after our staff and in testament to this many return to work with us for two, three or perhaps more seasons.

There is not a typical mould we recruit to as we think a mix of characters; background and experience help form a more enjoyable and successful team work ethic. However there are certain characteristics we look for in all our staff – the ability to work hard, commitment, excellent ‘people skills’, a good sense of humour and ultimately the desire to ensure your guests have a fantastic week’s holiday. So, if you love meeting and mixing with new people, are motivated and conscientious, up for a challenge and happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in then you are just the kind of candidate we look for.

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive package including your travel to and from the resort, full area ski pass, ski hire, board and lodging and a uniform.
