Step 1 of 6: Terms

Please read the 6 points below carefully before proceeding with the booking form

  1. Please call 01822 611200 to confirm price and availability of your holiday and to arrange your deposit/full payment. Once asked to do so by the Ski-Val reservations team please complete the booking from below.
  2. Your holiday is confirmed on receipt of the deposit and a contract between us will come into existence as set out in our Booking Conditions on www.skival.co.uk/?termsandconditions On receipt of your signed booking form we will e-mail you a confirmation invoice. Please check your invoice carefully to ensure all details are correct. Any discrepancies must be brought to our notice within 7 days otherwise we will assume all details are correct.
  3. The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure, or payable immediately if there is less than 10 weeks to departure. Deposits and final balances must be paid by a single payment at the appropriate time. (If you choose to make more than one payment there is a £10 charge for each additional payment). Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer, regretably there is a 3% surcharge for all card payments (sorry but we do not accept AMEX).

  4. Final holiday details and e-tickets where applicable will be e-mailed to you (or your booking agent) approximately two to three weeks prior to your departure.
  5. Amendments and Cancellations. For further information please refer to our Booking Conditions on www.skival.co.uk.
  6. You must be at least 18 years of age to book a holiday with Ski-Val and if you are under 18 and travelling with us, an adult must accompany you

Please note that it is essential that all relevant details are correctly and fully noted on the booking form to avoid administration/amendment charges at a later date.
